    I got the puppy, he is healthy and active.
    The entire procedure lasted 1 month, it is far beyond my expectation.
    Lack of enough communications between travel concierge and us is the main reason.

    I’ve already done this for you you guys were great got the puppy at the proper time that you said she would be here she was an excellent health she’s learning in my arm is a chew toy she’s had her first bath and haircut and there’s not a whole lot you guys could improve on.

    We are extremely pleased with Paws Boss and their process. I fell in love with lot’s of puppies but Tristan is now with us. The professionalism shown by all who made this union happen was amazingly easy. Puppy came on time and in excellent health. Our Vet says he’s got a great disposition. All papers for Tristan were in order and with him. Thank you all at Paws Boss for making us the happy parents to Tristan.

    I was a little skeptical when my wife first showed me our puppy on Paw boss but they really did a great job of explaining everything and answered all of my questions. Everything they said would happen did and happened exactly the way they said it would. I originally was going to pick up our puppy from the breeder, but my plans had to change. We had him flown in and Paws boss was great about making everything happen smoothly. I really couldn’t be happier with our healthy, playful puppy! Id recommend Paws boss to anyone.

    Everything went great, paperwork, him traveling to us all went smoothly. He’s such a wonderful and loving puppy. His adopted brother Logan arrived days later, they’re getting along perfectly. My family and friends and coworkers all love and adore them. ❤️❤️❤️

    Overall everything worked out. The pick up was challenging but not necessarily Paws boss fault, more an issue with the airline. We love our dog. She is healthy and was well taken care of. We had all the documents needed and she is chipped. Some of the policies around first Vet visit were frustrating as we received our dog the day before Christmas Eve and no office was open until the following Monday meaning we would miss the 72 hr. time frame. They did extend it but only after a very passionate phone call.

    The process of obtaining our puppy Larry from Paws boss over 3 months ago was very simple from start to finish. We were guided through every step of the process and had our dog hand delivered in to us from across the country within 2 weeks. They even arranged a zoom call for us with the breeder so we could see our puppy prior to his arrival. We just love him and are so happy to have him in our family.
