So far so good! Overall this was a good experience. Communication with Paws boss was excellent. Everything was explained in detail and then documentation was provided that backed up any conversations so everyone was on the same page all the time. Although we live in Florida I happened to be in Ohio around 2 hours from the breeder. I was able to pick up our puppy from the breeder so we did not do the shipping thing so I can’t comment on that aspect of the delivery services. It was really great to meet the breeder and our puppy’s parents.

I was hesitant about getting a puppy over the Internet but discovered that Paws boss is a fantastic site that legitimate breeders are more than happy to use. I had a great experience getting my puppy from Paws boss. Kayce in particular was super communicative and did a fantastic job of helping me through the process of getting a new puppy. She frequently reached out to the breeder to get updated pics and information while I waited to bring my little one home. Now that my pup is here, we are so happy together and I’m grateful to Kayce and the Paws boss team for their help through the process.

Good quality. Where do I begin? The entire process from start to finish was exceptional. I bet I wasn’t the only one who was skeptical at first when coming across this site. Rest assured . . . this is by far the best website to adopt your fur baby from. 100% legitimate. The customer service was phenomenal. They made sure to always reach out to me whether it was email, text, or call. Morgan, Lara, and Paul all were so kind and reassuring that this whole process would be easy and safe for my new GSD. My Axl came all the way from Colorado and is here with me for Christmas. Words can’t describe how heartwarming it is to have him home. He is my new best friend and loyal companion.
