We were looking for a pug puppy in our area when we came across Paws boss. We found the website when we Google’d “pug puppy in our area.” We were able to discover a puppy located over 1,000 miles away that was perfect. Beth called us and answered all of our questions, we paid using the Petpay system, and our pup was in our arms about a week and a half later. They had a nice delivery system by Mark and Melissa Williams Puppy Delivery in a climate-controlled van, and we were able to track the van the entire time through the Life 360 app. They kept very good communication with us and had records on when our puppy was fed and how many bathroom breaks he received during his two-day journey across the country. Our pug Sarge (renamed Chubbs by my daughter) was treated like a passenger, not like cargo. The breeder made sure he had a check-up before he left the Pug Ranch, and the Williams brought us all paperwork that we need to bring to our local vet. Also, the price through Paws boss includes a health insurance and other guarantees in case anything happens to our little guy.
My daughter has been obsessed with pugs for almost 3 years and Paws boss helped us give her the “best birthday ever.”
We will absolutely use them again if we are in the market for another addition

Not a good experience. Due to Technical problems it took 5-6 tries to pay for the puppies. The rep and manager apologized but they kept getting the price wrong, felt very transactional. Communication was poor. We would receive pre written instructions but responses to questions was hit or miss. No clarity on Delivery, I asked for options, then I was told they were being picked up on a certain day. 2 days later I asked if i was going to be billed for Delivery? Then there was urgency to call me to pay and sign papers.
Zoom call with Breeder was nice, delivery guys were good communicators and kind as well.
I would not recommend Paws boss process and communication needs a lot of work.

Great experience, very in depth and be ready to respond to emails and texts and phone calls. After being scammed a few days prior with a private buyer, using a trusted third party made it very easy! Highly recommend air cargo!

I was definitely worried about getting a puppy online, since I was scammed once before using paws boss However, I was very pleasantly surprised with the conduct of the people that work for paws boss. I was given updates constantly and even got ahold of the breeder and and received updates from her directly! Best experience so far!

So far so good! Overall this was a good experience. Communication with Paws boss was excellent. Everything was explained in detail and then documentation was provided that backed up any conversations so everyone was on the same page all the time. Although we live in Florida I happened to be in Ohio around 2 hours from the breeder. I was able to pick up our puppy from the breeder so we did not do the shipping thing so I can’t comment on that aspect of the delivery services. It was really great to meet the breeder and our puppy’s parents.
