No need to be skeptical with Paws boss. They’re legit and professional. There are several people covering different aspects of the company…the purchase/finance, travel, medical, administrative, breeder contact. I don’t know their official titles but they all worked together in the process of my puppy adoption. I was very impressed with the communication and the quick response I always received through calls, texts, email.
My experience wasn’t completely flawless, though the reason was actually no fault of Paws boss, I didn’t give 5 stars because of the anxious moment when I went to the airport to pick up my puppy and she wasn’t on the flight. The temperature was too cold to fly the puppy to Chicago for the connecting flight, so she was put on a flight to Arizona with a lengthy layover. The airline didn’t contact anyone at Paws boss about the change, but I did get a hold of Paws boss and they got back to me with the updated flight info. My puppy finally arrived safe and healthy and adorable. I’m so grateful for my puppy, she is so precious.
