We bought and lost two pups at PuppySpot before this, both due to issues within the company. So we decided to try one last time here, and we had a pretty good experience overall. The person we were connected with post-adoption was not at all helpful when asked specific time sensitive questions, and usually took their time messaging back, usually with unhelpful answers. The two guys who delivered him were super nice and communicative along the way from MO to WA. We had our kid in hand within 10 days of purchase, just weeks before Xmas, and he’s the sweetest little guy ever. Only other minor annoyance is that we’ve been messaged 6 times in 10 days asking for a review. Still, I would definitely recommend this company based on this experience!
