I’m going to explain how I came upon Paws Boss The day before happening upon Paws Boss, I was in the process of purchasing another dog from what I thought was a reputable company. Just prior to transferring the money, I had a bad feeling. My daughter asked about possibly purchasing the same dog, and they never told her he was pending sale. Upon further research, we found no reviews, and emails and names did not match. Thankfully I averted being scammed.
The next day I came upon Paws Boss, now very skeptical. Upon looking at the site and marking interest on a few dogs, I immediately received a text from Don my puppy concierge. When I asked about the type of dog I was looking for, Don spent the time to send me some pics. The first interaction on the phone was Don trying to reassure me that this was a legit company. Thought he had other clients, he spent countless hours alleviating my feats and ensuring I had the dog I truly wanted. Once the purchase is complete, other individuals come in to play to work on ensuring a smooth transition Don was supposed to step into the background as the other employees have their area of expertise they work with you during the transfer. I text Don several time throughout the process as he had my trust He answered every question and if he couldn’t, he got the answer or someone who could.
I had the fortunate opportunity to interact with Shannon, Emily and Mary. Everyone was nothing less than professional, king and caring reassuring me along the way. I personally apologize if I forgot anyone
Then the decision as to how I want Obi to travel. After much consideration, I chose pampered puppy van travel. It was the best decision I made. The cost was slightly higher than a plane flight. So well worth it. Obi was going to travel for 3 days with stops every four hours, where the dogs are taken out of their crates, fed, provided water, allowed to run around for a few and go to the BR. Not only does this take place, but you are able to track your dogs progress to you. He was not left in a crate for hours, ignored until he reached his destination. Obi was well taken care of.
As I am a nurse, my job has many demands. Last night I realized I may not be able to meet the driver at my house. Obi was to be released only to me. I text the number I received from the driver hoping it was him. I asked if it was possible to deliver Obi to my work. The time difference was minimal as I did not want to put the driver out. Stephen graciously agreed without hesitation
Obi arrived around today, has had his vet wellness check and already is the light of my life
This type of customer service from the beginning to delivery is nothing less than phenomenal. If you are unsure, you can’t go wrong with Paws Boss.
