Adopting a puppy is a burden to everyone. Finding a trusted website is harder. Fortunately, I found Paws Boss. The only reason I can’t give 5 stars because of lack of communication. After completing submitted all paperwork required and adoption fees, I have a hard time to contact Paws Boss. The only person helping me from the beginning to the end is Ms Joselyn Rivera. Anyway, thank you for helping my family to have a wonderful new member.

I had a hard time deciding between 4 or 5 stars. Overall the experience was excellent. The communication was great. The whole process was seamless. My two issues were that I was told I would have 7 to 9 days notice when he was arriving and I only got two. Also, there is a three-year health guarantee but you have to get a visit with the vet within 72 hours (very reasonable request) however, I found that impossible. At least in my area they are all booking 4 weeks out. That voids the 72 hour and the 14-day health guarantee. Otherwise I would highly recommend them and would use them again!

I had a great experience getting my puppy. They were very helpful and informative. I just wish I would be able to get more information from the breeder about the puppies parents and litter.

We are super happy with our new puppy. The only feedback I have is I wish we had gotten more info on the puppy while we waited for his arrival. Paws Boss staff were great, it could be that the Breeder just wasn’t as engaged. Overall, would use this service again!

You have a great website and service. Two areas of feedback: 1) payment in full is hard on more expensive pups, and some banks don’t let you put more than $2k per day on a debit card. I would recommend you allow deposits, AND bring in a partner for payment options. Such as Affirm. 2) your staff is inconsistent with rules and details. I was told by one women that should would not give me the breeders info to protect their privacy. But I was doing local pickup, so the transportation team provided all the info I needed. Just extra work on my end to be talking to people saying no, and other saying yes. Thanks!
