The employees at Paws Boss were extremely kind and when there was a slight glitch in the paperwork process they did what they could to reassure me that everything was legitimate. From there the process proceeded well and I was eventually put in touch with the nanny who delivered my sweet “package”. We kept in touch until we met and puppy was turned over to me. She is a delight and I am very happy with the process.

We have had our puppy now for close to two months & at first we were alarmed by her having Kennel cough. However it is something that we were warned about since the puppies travel & something’s can’t be avoided. Our little Memory arrived so well adjusted & so happy. The handler/driver was extra careful and although the time was pushed back for her arrival, they were super sweet & professional. We can tell that the breeder took care of her as this is one of the most loving puppies we have ever had. Thank you for helping us to find such a beautiful puppy. I had a great experience with Paws Boss. I was very skeptical at first because I had been scammed before buying a puppy online. They did everything to make me comfortable with making such a big purchase. The process was smooth, only mishap we dealt with was the weather when it came time to transport him but they got him to me in a timely manner. Took him to the vet the day after we received him, and he came back with a clean bill of health. The breeder was very kind and wrote a letter telling us about our puppy and his breed. I can tell he came from a loving breeder. I know if I decide to add to our dog family, I would definitely use Paws Boss again.
