We love our new puppy, he is doing well with his big brother (4 year old Lab) Although there is a problems with the transaction or the delivery. But everything settle and the puppy is heathy and smart. The ladies in the office are helpful as well. Thank you.

Updating of status and explaining plans could be better, responding times were excellent, but when you have not gone through this process before more explanations and guidance are needed. The end result was excellent, we love our new addition!

The whole process was easy. Everyone was very nice and got right back to me with any questions I had. Only issue I had wash the communication when my puppy got picked up but it was resolved pretty quickly and communication was great after that. I love my baby and she is doing great, didn’t take long for her to open up. 💜 I would 100% recommend paws Boss.

Paws Boss staff did a great job of keeping us informed throughout the process. Expectations were clear, both in writing as well as followed up by phone calls. I appreciated the team ensuring via the interview process that we were ready for a puppy in our household. After we’d chosen the puppy, Devlyn called to let us know that the gender was different than on the website and after we finished laughing, all was well. The drivers who delivered the puppy were kind and texted me an hour before arrival to let me know the timeframe when they would arrive. The GPS system ensured that I had an idea of when they would arrive in general. The puppy adjusted well to our household quickly and was obviously well socialized. Thank you for a great operational set of processes. We recommended Paws Boss to a friend yesterday.

I gave one star cause I did receive my pup and another star because customer service was good. Other than that I was disappointed because one day before getting my dog the trip was cancelled because he tested positive for a parasite. I had already called of work and made the appointment for his well check up. My rep said this is the exact reason they tell the breeders make sure the puppy’s appointment is several days before pic up incase something comes up. Four days later I was able to pick up my pup when we got home we noticed his fur was matted, he smelled bad and had fleas. My pup is 5 months old and should have been fully vaccinated. He had his rabies and one other shot. I don’t blame paws Boss but the negligence of the breeder. Breeders should be screened thoroughly to make sure they are fully complying with all the rules.
