The entire process once I picked my new fur baby went quickly and smoothly.

Paws Boss did a great job with our puppy. she is beautiful and very smart. the transport was a bit nerve racking as it took 8 days for her to get here. I have had difficulties getting paperwork to Petpay on time to activate my health certificate. the information I was given as to how to do that was without proper instruction. As for the AKC registration, I still don’t have a clue how I will get her papers and get her registered. In one of the messages you sent, you told me to contact the Registrar but my question is, Who is the registrar, where are they located and how do I contact them??? Another message told me that the registrar would contact me. Well, I haven’t heard a word from anyone about her registration or anything else. Paws Boss is really lacking in the after delivery area. I finally got my paperwork submitted for her wellness check but only after I sent a message on the petpay website asking how to submit them. Now I don’t have any idea how to get the registration for AKC done. My puppy was advertised as AKC, I do expect to be able to register her with AKC. The people helping with her adoption were all very nice and caring. they did their best but Paws Boss didn’t do their best. We have adopted from other companies online in the past and have always been given AKC information, Instructions for submitting wellness check documents and have a contact available to assist with any questions or difficulties that might come up. I suggest that Paws Boss look at their procedures after the sale and get it together for the people that purchase their puppies. It’s real nice that you say you don’t use Puppy Mill puppies. We really have to take you at your word on that but the after the sale paperwork process really needs to be as important to you as the initial sale and transportation of the puppies.

COCKER SPANIEL have always been my dream dog so I’m grateful that Paws Boss was able to connect Sally and I. She arrived via American Airlines and pick up from the airport was super easy. It took her no time to warm up to my husband and I… we could not ask for a better puppy. My only issue is how Paws Boss communicates. Its so easy to connect with someone when you submit an inquiry but after you submit your payment its radio silence. You ask questions but get no response. They make it extremely difficult to connect with the breeder and get more info about the pup’s lineage and the breeder’s validity. I believe that if I’m paying over $3k for a dog then I deserve this information? TL;DR – Sally is an AMAZING dog who is healthy and confident. I am so very lucky to have her. Paws Boss- please work on building trust and communication with your customers. This is a stressful and anxiety-inducing process. Do better.

I found this process easy, but felt disconnected. While the people at Paws Boss are friendly, they are clearly busy. It seemed the breeder of my pup was hard to get in contact with and slow with information. I know that my Paws Boss rep was trying but it was stressful to have so little information ahead of time. Also, the extra money for transport was worth it but I definitely had to accommodate the third party, not the other way around. Who really wants to get their puppy in the middle of the night? Believe me, we are very happy with our puppy, who is healthy and happy, but I’m not sure I’d do this process again.

We just received our fur baby, she is a sweetheart. This is our first experience buying a dog, we have adopted some from friends before. So this experience was new to us, however it was great! I had a lot of questions and they were prompt, courtesy and extremely helpful. Everything they explained to us, is what happened. We highly recommend their services! The GPS to track our puppies travel to us over the 4 day trip, was fun for our family, we knew exactly where she was the entire time. My daughter said it was like tracking Santa to our house and she is our gift!
