Very good research in finding all services to get our puppy from the midwest to California and even some help financing it. California is very strict on pet and animal laws and regs. Transporters got her to us earlier than originally projected and even gave her a bath before she came home. Puppy is adorable and sweet and is meshing well with our local rescue we adopted. I got George (Zebu) through Paws Boss. They were fairly responsive and overall, it was a super easy experience. The puppy came healthy and happy. Ground transport was a little touch and go but he did get here eventually and he’s already made himself at home with big brother, Patrick.

Overall I am very pleased with Paws Boss. I got a wonderful new puppy so I am happy.
The main issue I had was with communication. Both the Adoption and Travel concierges stopped responding to me before I got my puppy. Jennifer never sent more photos when asked. And when I never heard anything about my puppy on the day he was supposed to be picked up from the breeder, I reached out to Renee, but she never responded to me. The delivery people did eventually reach out and they were great with responding.
Also the 72 hour initial check up is hard to schedule in advance, since the delivery date is not 100 percent accurate.
I would recommend Paws Boss since in the end you will get a happy and healthy puppy.
