Paws Boss was great kept in contact from start to finish. Breeder contacted me immediately to make arrangements to pick up my puppy. The whole process was smooth. I have to admit I was skeptical at first since there are a lot of scams out there but this isn’t one.

Paws Boss was great but the breeder could’ve done better with communicating certain things. My puppy was born with a hernia and the breeder told me she needed surgery to repair it. I asked if it was possible to get her spayed since she’s getting a surgery already and they told me they would let me know if they couldn’t. The breeder held my dog for 10 days and had me thinking the puppy was healing from surgery. When I finally got the puppy and took her to the vet on my own there were no surgery incisions at all! This leaves me confused. Other than that Paws Boss was great

Everything went very well except when it came to the transportation. We purchased 2 puppies and planned to fly to pick them up. The communication was extremely bad between me and the breeder knowing when we could fly to get the dogs (me) and the breeder not knowing when I was coming. This area needs some work, otherwise we’re extremely happy with the pups and TJ our sales rep.
