Whole experience with Paws Boss has been amazing so far, from the first day I got on the phone with Gabriel and his help on reassuring me about their service, to the follow up calls and information from Morgan and all the staff, until I got my beautiful cat, now named Anakin. The only challenge I had was with the delivery/carrier company as communication was not always clear, and the final delivery was a little bumpy, but at the end we got Anakin safe and sound and he is perfect. 100% recommended.
