We had an awesome experience. Highly recommend this service. Our puppy arrived healthy and well cared for. They kept us updated at all times and even provided a link so we could see the pups travel progress. Stephen the driver was very courteous and friendly and we could tell that he took great care of the puppy while it was in his care. Morgan is now a new member of our family and she is playful and has adjusted well.

The experience I had with Paws Boss was FLAWLESS! Jennifer and Kayce were so helpful and informative. They kept the lines of communication open throughout the entire experience and answered any questions I had quickly. We picked the Pampered Ground Transportation and we were able to track where our puppy was at all times and the driver also answered any questions we had. We received our fur baby 100% Healthy and Happy!! Could not have had a better experience!!

Paws Boss was really good about some things and not so good with others, but at least they’re not trying to scam you like 99% of everyone else out there so that’s 4 stars for me. They were great about getting a video call with the dog and offering multiple means of transportation and answering most questions. Sometimes though they were slow or unresponsive to message. And they duped us with the ground transportation option making it sound like it was affordable and direct to us but as soon as we paid for it they said it could take up to 7 days of travel time because it’s a van full of puppies, AND this van only takes off 3x a month on specific days. In all we waited about 12 days after payment. We would have gone for the flight if we knew that was the case.

THE DRIVER BRINGING OUR PUPPY HAD TO DRIVE THROUGH SEVERE STORMS AND DELIVERED HIM AT 3AM..NOW THATS GOING THE EXTRA MILE..OUR PUPPY IS WONDERFUL, HEALTHY AND LOVING..GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH!!!
